Rules of Entry

1. All Exhibits must be bona-fide production of the exhibitor.
2. All Exhibits must be in the hall between 9:30 am and 11:30 am.
3. The awards in classes in which two or less entries are staged will be at the discretion of the judge.
4. Floral exhibits must be from the exhibitor’s own garden, and are to be displayed in a suitable container without being wired.
5. The committee will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the exhibits.
6. Competitors may enter more than one exhibit in any class, but may only win one prize in each class.
7. In the case of a tie, the person with the highest number of firsts will be deemed the winner.
8. Exhibits may be retained or auctioned at the owner’s request. Any exhibit not to be sold by the auction must be removed from the show before the auction commences, but not before 4 pm.
9. Money raised goes towards Soudley Village Hall.
